It’s the head bob. I’m having the same problem and had the same problem on the first game. There was an imperfect fix to remove head bob but the patch made it stop working. It baffles me that developers still don’t just automatically have a remove head bob option in their games. One fun part about Anya is that if you consider the backstory (in TNO alone for some reason) she appears completely different than in the main cutscenes of TNO and TNC where she is a nice girl, and a nice resistance fighter girl in TNC who can still kill despite being pregnant.
